Legally no one can stop you from taking these cute animals home, the police's hands are tied. However, that has never stopped the EVIL Home Owner's Association (HOA) before. Known for their ruthless tactics, they will do whatever they can to slam you with as many fines and fees as possible!Steal Adopt the animals, snitch on your friends, and score points in this quick little two deck card game!
